Myth #7: There are over a thousand chemicals
in marijuana smoke

This myth is TRUE
Because,

This one is absolutely true, but also mislead.. time to get down to the facts.  

There over 1500 chemicals present in roasted coffee!

Only 21 of those chemicals have actually been tested on animals and 16 of these cause cancer in rodents. Yet, coffee remains legal and is generally considered fairly safe.

Coffee contains 1,500 DIFFERENT chemicals. Rat poison contains only DIFFERENT 30 chemicals. hmm? big deal right...

Many vegetables also contain cancer-causing chemicals. thats something.

This misleading statistic is often used to make marijuana look dangerous.  Or anything else they would like you to look down upon.

Things like this really irritate me. There are so many things worldwide that causes cancer, we got factory’s emitting toxic gasses on a daily bases into the air and dumping toxic waste into the sea.

Myth #1: Marijuana causes brain damage

This Myth is FALSE
Because,

None of the medical tests currently used to detect brain damage in humans have found harm from marijuana, even from long term high-dose use.

An early study reported brain damage in monkeys after six months exposure to high concentrations of marijuana smoke. These tests aren’t to be taken serious, because these monkeys were tested with outdated technology thus making the result inaccurate. 

In a recent, more carefully conducted study, researchers found no evidence of brain abnormality in monkeys that were forced to inhale four to five marijuana cigarettes every day for a year. This clearly proves that marijuana leaves NO brain damage.

The claim that marijuana kills brain cells is based on a report dating back 25 years and has never been supported by any scientific study.
